Westminster: the Scott debate

On Monday 26 February the House of Commons held a debate on the recently published Scott Report on arms exports to Iraq. BBC Two did not normally have live coverage from Parliament on Mondays but due to the significance of the debate, the film 'Passport to Terror' and quiz 'Today's the Day' were dropped and a special edition of Westminster added to the schedule to cover it. This is most of that programme, which overran as Robin Cook was still speaking when it was due to end (as the onscreen captions show). Hence I missed a substantial part of the speech. But here is what I captured.
