1. Prepare Your Kit 👇 Open your box and remove the contents. You should have three trays and two sets of putty. Select the tray that fits best by placing it in your mouth and wiggling it side to side. It should have slight movement, and your back molar should be cupped. Most athletes use the number three tray, so start with that if unsure. 2. Mix the Putties 👇 Once you've selected the right tray, prepare to mix the putties. Speed is crucial here, so be ready to act quickly. Combine one light and one dark putty by mixing with your fingertips until it becomes a uniform solid color. This should take about 15 seconds. 3. Form and Insert 👇 Roll the mixed putty into a ball, then shape it into an even cigar shape. Place the putty into the tray, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Insert the tray into your mouth, using a mirror to align it correctly, and bite down firmly but only once. Let it sit for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. 4. Remove and Set 👇 After the time is up, gently rock the tray up and down to remove it from your mouth. Place the impression on a table for about five minutes to allow the putty to harden slightly. Do not remove the putty from the tray. 5. Get Approval 👇 Take a photo of your impression and email it to [email protected] for approval. Once approved, place the impression back into the bag and box, and use the included prepaid label to return it. (International orders do not include a prepaid label.) 6.
