Pipe Band Medley from the 20th Annual Pipes of Christmas

A rousing pipe band medley performed by the PM Kevin Ray Blandford Memorial Pipe Band of Redlands, CA. The late PM Kevin Blandford was the co-creator and arranger (along with Jeff Rickard) of the original "Pipes of Christmas" CD which became the genesis of this long-running, beloved concert. By tradition, the band that bares Blandford's name is the official House Band for these concerts. Leading the band in 2018 was Pipe Major Scott Larson. The 2018 edition of the Pipes of Christmas was performed on December 15 and 16 at the Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church in Manhattan and Central Presbyterian Church in Summit, NJ. Title sponsors for the 20th annual concerts were the Grand Summit Hotel, Balvenie Single Malt Whisky and Aberlour Single Malt Whisky. The global webcast of concert highlights (Dec. 23-26) were made possible by a generous grant from Celgene Corporation. Concert proceeds support a thriving Fine Arts scholarship program and the Clan Currie Society's public outreach through sponsorships, special programs and their highly successful Tartan Day on Ellis Island program.
