This was a 10km outing near home before the weather turned messy for Christmas. We were heading downwind along the W Solent from Keyhaven to Tanners with around a 30 knot wind behind us. The waves are small at the start as our run starts near the Hurst Spit and the fetch starts there the wave size increases towards the end of our run. This was the first downwind for Clayton so he was playing it safe closer to the shore. Chris' stayed further offshore for the bigger waves but his camera got steamed up so sadly I couldn't use the footage from his this time and Clayton.... managed to lose the footage from his before the edit.... Doh!
