Boys arrested after Seattle carjacking, pursuit were armed with 'ghost guns'

Investigators said the weapons found on the 12 and 13-year-old brothers who were arrested after a pursuit in Seattle last week came from part kits that are often referred to as "ghost guns." Seattle police allege the kids fired the guns twice during a carjacking and a separate attempted carjacking before leading officers on a chase that ended in South Lake Union.
