In this video you will learn about our CO2 Extraction machine. We hold the patent on the cold separation technology and have a patent-pending for the dual compressor technology. PATENT No. US 10,081,780 What is cold separation and how is it done in this system? Cold separation is part of our patent technology. It consists of a pressure differential valve placed between the extraction vessels and your separation vessels. By creating a restriction at this valve, we created drops systematically creating a temperature drop. What that does is it creates dry ice in the form of snow or dry ice snow. Now infused in the dry ice snow is your different types of oils ad your waxes from your extraction vessels. Is this system technology faster than other extraction systems and if so, why? Yes it is from what I've seen on the market. The primary reason for that is it uses CO2 compressor technology throughout the system where a lot of the other systems are still using CO2 pumps. A CO2 compressor compresses gas creating volumetric change systematically creating a flow rate, where your CO2 pumps are going to be moving CO2 liquid which is very hard to compress. Also, one of the things our system has is our patent-pending technology which consists of combining a subcritical and transcritical compressor in a single closed loop system. Now what this does it it allows our pressure differential to have a nice easy pressure drop usually under 200 psi so our oils and our waxes do not move through the separation vessels but at the same time it creates a high enough pressure on the suction port of the transcritical compressor to maintain the system flow rates coming off the discharge port of that compressor.
