BJP workers protest against J P Nadda's convoy attack Biswabrata Goswami Hummingbird News KRISHNAGAR, 13 DEC: BJP workers in Krishnagar took to the streets to protest against the Party President JP Nadda’s convoy attack, which happened on 10 December. Stones were pelted at JP Nadda and party leader Kailash Vijayvargiya's convoys when they were heading towards Diamond Harbour area in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas district. After ordering an inquiry, the Union Home Ministry summoned two top officials, West Bengal DGP and Chief Secretary. BJP alleges that it was Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s party who led the attack on Nadda. Countering the claims, CM Mamata lashes out at Nadda by calling him ‘Chaddha, Nadda, Fadda, Bhaddha’.
