There was SO MUCH oil on the sticky aperture blades and in rest of the aperture assembly in this Minolta MC Rokkor-PF 1:1.4 f=58mm. But it's not that hard to fix, just remember to set some small mark's BEFORE you disassemble the aperture system, so you can put it back in again in the correct way.
