🏡 Welcome to Learning The Good Life! We followed our dream of moving to a homestead in rural Scotland, where we could immerse ourselves in nature and pursue a more self-sufficient lifestyle. This is our journey toward slow living, growing our own food, and living off the land — although life does’t always feel that slow, there’s so much going on! In this video, I’m taking you on a full tour of our 8-acre homestead (or smallholding as it’s often called in the UK). We’re complete beginners at most of this, so there will be many challenges, struggles, fails, and lesson learnt throughout this crazy adventure.
