Serve it with raita or chutney for a complete meal. @SpiceUpWithSunita #PaneerPulav #PaneerPulao #RiceRecipe #QuickDinner #VegPulav #IndianRecipe #HomemadePulav #TastyFood #EasyLunchRecipe #SpiceUpWithSunita 🌿 Paneer Pulav Recipe | पनीर पुलाव बनाने की विधि 🧂 Ingredients (सामग्री): Basmati Rice (बासमती चावल) – 1 cup Hot Water (गर्म पानी) – 1 ¾ cup Paneer (पनीर) – 200 gm Salt (नमक) – as per taste Corn Flour (कॉर्न फ्लोर) – 1 tsp Oil (तेल) – 2 tbsp Ghee (घी) – 1 tbsp Fresh Peas (हरी मटर) – ½ cup Cashew Nuts (काजू) – ½ cup Onion (प्याज) – 2 medium Cumin Seeds (जीरा) – 1 tsp Cinnamon (दालचीनी) – 1½ inch stick Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) – 2–3 Kabab Chini (कबाब चीनी) – 5–6 Green Cardamom (हरी इलायची) – 3–4 Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 1–2 Lemon Juice (नींबू रस) – ½ tsp Fresh Coriander (हरा धनिया) – for garnish 🍛 Vidhi (How to Make Paneer Pulav): Wash the rice 2–3 times, strain all the water and keep aside. 1. In a pressure cooker, heat oil and ghee together. 2. Add cumin, cinnamon stick, kabab chini, cardamom, and bay leaves — let them splutter. 3. Now add cashews and onions, sauté till golden brown. 4. Add rice and fry for a minute. 5. Add hot water, salt, peas, green chilli, and lemon juice, then close the lid. 6. Pressure cook for 1 whistle and let the steam release naturally. 7.
