A Mars Cycler Space Station that consists of ultra-light inflatable modules and cable-nets. Centrifugal force is a structural element.It is in a continous elliptical orbit between Earth and Mars without requiring any additional energy. The Material for radiation shielding and other resources come from the Asteroid 25 143 Itokawa where it also is assembled. Itokawa has an orbit that already comes very close to the optimal cycler-orbit, so very little date-V is required to accelerate it into that orbit.
