Students Cleaning Up Their Community

VCC and Granada Hills Charter High School completed an amazing litter removal and beautification project with 30 students, Bonnee (the student coordinator), a parent and 8 VCC volunteers around the entire perimeter of the high school. We picked up litter, swept the curbs, cleared the storm drains, bagged the leaves and complied the various illegal dumping items into one location - collected and disposed of 85 huge bags of trash. It was a great collaboration of what can be accomplished when teams work together for a common goal - making a difference in our communities. Thank you all! www.VCC.world
