This is all 4 of the special Enhancement Chips from the special red Light Capsules. In order to obtain any one of them, you must already have the standard upgrade for the corresponding part. Also, you can only obtain one of them, and you cannot switch to another one once you've done so. It is highly recommend that you refrain from getting any of them unless you believe you absolutely need one of them to get by, however. There is one more special Chip obtainable later on which the same rules apply to, after all, and it is definitely the best one (if anyone even thinks about arguing with this statement, he/she would have to be an even greater idiot than all those ignorant fools who think better graphics make games automatically better). Mega Man X3 (NA) / Rockman X3 (JP) for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System by Capcom.
