In this tutorial I show how to needle felt small sculpture. The sculpture was carved out a block of 2 pound EPS foam. Magic Sculpt was used for the face. Roving wool is poked into the foam over and over (needle felting) to create the fluffy texture. The lightning bolts were cast in bronze.
