Heat oil in a large pan and carefully place the fish inside. 5. Fry on medium heat until golden brown on one side, then gently flip and fry the other side. 6. Once cooked, transfer to a baking tray and let it rest in a preheated oven at low heat for 5 minutes for a crispier texture. --- 🫑 *Stuffed Peppers* *Ingredients:* 6 green bell peppers 1 cup rice 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 tomato (grated) 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp dried mint 2 cups water *Instructions:* 1. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds. 2. In a bowl, mix rice, onion, grated tomato, olive oil, and all spices. 3. Cut the leek leaves into large pieces and blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes to soften. 2. Mix rice, onion, olive oil, and spices in a bowl. 3. Place a small amount of the mixture onto each leek piece and fold them into a triangular shape. 4.
