Augrabies Falls, which means "place of great noise" in the Khoikhoi language, is located in Augrabies Falls National Park in the Northern Cape of South Africa. The falls are part of South Africa's largest river, the Orange River, and are considered one of the most beautiful landscapes South Africa has to offer. The National Park is stunning, but it's difficult to comprehend the size of the falls and cliffs without experiencing them in person. To fully appreciate the park's views and wildlife, I recommend staying for a few days and allowing yourself enough time to explore everything, particularly the numerous hiking trails and viewpoints that the park has to offer. These time-lapse sequences were shot over three days, capturing approximately 12,000 photos and resulting in about 25 time-lapse video clips.
