In this video I'm going to help you with a basic but very important free run move "the bar kip". This is a basic move taught in gymnastics as well and it is an efficient way to get on top of high bar without using much energy. Being that it is so efficient it could also be put in the "how to parkour" category but for some reason i feel it's more of a free run move than a parkour move. What do you think?
