Sunday, November 24, 2013 -- Green Bay, WI -- Bay Port High School graduate Kesler DeRuyter sang the Star Spangled Banner at Lambeau Field before the Green Bay Packers/Minnesota Vikings game. Also, from the Packers web site: "The Packers have also partnered with the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) of Oshkosh, Wis., the world's largest organization for recreational aviation enthusiasts, to have a Boeing B-17 aircraft flyover following the anthem. Pilots from the EAA will fly over the stadium in the organization's fully-restored B-17 Flying Fortress Aluminum Overcast, one of fewer than 15 operational B-17 aircraft remaining in the world. The B-17 aircraft was one of the most noteworthy bombers used by the Allies during World War II, flying thousands of missions primarily over Europe and in other combat theaters.
