Sim Bruce Richards apprenticed with Frank Lloyd Wright in the 1930s in AZ, then moved out West, where he started his career, which spanned nearly four decades with over 200 projects. Keith is a breath of fresh air and highly knowledgeable about the landscape and Architecture that San Diego has to offer. Starting the website SanDiegoModern.com in 2010, it has become an encyclopedia for anyone looking for information on Architecturally Significant Homes in San Diego and the Architects behind them. Keith and his family's appreciation for Architecture and preservation mindset are remarkable.
