Espresso workflow this morning. This could happen to you if you grind a little too fine. Too much pressure, channeling everywhere. I can smell dark chocolate but taste too fruity with a bit acidity. I can't say it's a bad espresso, but definitely to a perfect espresso. Didn't like it but can't just throw them away. ZERO Waste is very important, so I finished it even I didn't like it. Oh it might have something to do with the temp as I dropped it down from level 3 to 2. Brew head wasn't hot enough. Ah so many factor to be considering.
