As soon as we put the inventory in and close the door, all the oxygen gets sucked out from the machine and then it keeps it at perfect temperature at all times. Also there is also no light coming into the machine and the caviar is actually being kept in perfect condition because of it. People don't know but when you have a glass fridge or glass freezer the light does go through into the refrigerator and it goes through the jar regardless of the colour of it.
