Copy the text from there and paste it in a text editor and save it as hotd.lua file and put it in the scripts folder of the emulator. Features of the updated lua script: UI and HUD elements are rendered in original 4:3 aspect ratio and looks correct without stretching. Title screen was pillarboxed in the original script. Pillarbox is removed and the title screen is in widescreen while the title itself is rendered at correct aspect ratio. Screen flashing during shooting is removed.
