Nitin Gadkari and the ex Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri. Devendra Fadnavis. A special mention also needs to made of the present Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray who has carried on the efforts to enable Mumbai march on to be one of the greatest cities in the World. The MTHL is a part of the Golden Triangle Initiative of Magnetic Maharashtra wherein 3 of the most world class projects namely the Mumbai-Pune Hyperloop, the Panvel, Navi Mumbai International Airport and the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link itself. This project will he connected to the Mumbai Pune Expressway in the East and the Western Freeway on the west which includes the Mumbai Coastal Road Project which is another extremely expensive infrastructure project which is being constructed simultaneously.
