Have you got a hankering to recreate this heavenly delicious cake? Here's how: Ingredients: Butter 170 g eggs 4 sugar 100 g + 200 g sugar Flour 250 g + 5 tablespoons flour vanilla sugar 1 pck. Baking powder 1 pck. Yogurt 500 g Sour cream 500 g Preparation: Separate eggs. Mix 100g sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix 250 g flour and baking powder. Knead flour, margarine, egg yolk, sugar to a smooth dough. Divide into 2 halves. Spread one half of the dough on the bottom of a greased or parchment-lined springform pan 24 cm, raise a small rim. Mix yogurt, sour cream, 5 tablespoons flour and 200 g sugar in a bowl with a whisk or hand mixer. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the cream. Pour the cream on the dough base in the springform pan. Spread the remaining batter on the cream with a rasp. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C convection oven on the middle shelf for approx. 45 minutes (test with chopsticks!). Let cool down well. Tastes especially good if you leave it in the fridge for a day.
