In this Video, I show how to obtain the Lustered Bullet from "Repossession." After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there. Unlike IV, TLaD, and TBoGT, Lusters behave MUCH differently in V. You can NOT just reload your Save and try again for a different Luster. Instead, you must approach different Strategies to change Lusters. Since this Special Vehicle is a Pre-Mission Vehicle, it's pretty simple to get the Lusters to change. The Bullet spawns behind the Dealership before the Mission Repossession, simply come close to it and drive away, then come back to the Dealership. The Bullet's Luster will change. Repeat until you get a Special Luster on the Bullet, once you get it, steal it and just store it at Franklin's Garage. No need to keep stealing the Bullet like I did. It's possible to change its Lusters if you do that, but unneeded and you can simply drive away and come back using Franklin's Buffalo S. Primary Color: Metallic Dark Silver (Body Color) Secondary Color: Metallic Graphite Black (Stripe) Wheel Color: Alloy Special Lusters: Matte Black and Matte Orange Lusters That Are NOT Special: Metallic Candy Red, Metallic Dark Silver, Metallic White, Metallic Race Yellow, Metallic Dark Blue, Metallic Lime Photo of how the SPECIAL Lusters look on the Bullet: https://i.imgur.com/EqG7xxB.png Once again unlike IV, TLaD, and TBoGT, MOST Lusters are NOT going to be special in V. So that means if this Bullet would interest you, you'd want to surely get one of the two ONLY SPECIAL Lusters that can spawn on this Bullet. However, to know the exact Luster, you would have to boot your Save up in a Save Editor to check the Colors you get to know if it's truly special or not in terms of the Luster! A Luster is a Color in which overlaps the Base Color and can be seen when I move the camera angle around in sunlight. Some Lusters are better seen at night while some are better seen in daylight and there is even some Lusters, depending on the Base Color of the Vehicle, that are very faint and you'll hardly be able to see them.
