平时配粥,或是夹在饭团、三明治中都很好吃。 如果是做给小宝宝当辅食吃的话,就不要添加任何调味料。 金枪鱼松的口感是软的,很接近肉松,三文鱼松的口感是酥脆的,应该更受小孩喜欢。 🥣 Ingredients: 150 grams of salmon, 1/2 teaspoon cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 gram salt, some white pepper powder. 1 can tuna in spring water, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1 gram salt and some white pepper powder. 🥣 材料: 150克三文鱼,1/2小勺料酒,1/2大勺糖,1/2大勺生抽,1克盐,适量白胡椒粉。 1罐水浸的金枪鱼,1/2大勺生抽,1/2大勺糖,1克盐,适量白胡椒粉。 ‼️ 1 大勺 = 1 Tbsp = 15 ml,1小勺 = 1 tsp = 5 ml 📝做法 Methods: 1. 三文鱼加料酒,放进煮滚水的蒸锅内,大火蒸8分钟。 Salmon + cooking wine, steam over high heat for 8 minutes. 2. 蒸好以后把鱼皮去除,再把鱼肉弄碎。 Remove the skin after steaming, then break up the salmon. ‼️可以用叉子,也可以直接用手捏碎。 You can use a fork, but it's best to crush the fish with your hands. 3. 把三文鱼碎倒入不粘锅中,加入1/2大勺糖,1/2大勺生抽,1克盐和适量的白胡椒粉,用中小火不断的翻炒,一直把鱼肉炒干,并且起茸了,就可以出锅了。 Place the salmon to the non-stick pan, add 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 gram salt and some white pepper powder. Stir-fry until the salmon is dry and fluffy, dish out. ‼️我大概一共是炒了将近20分钟的样子吧。 Stir-fry for about 20 minutes. ‼️调味料的部份,你可以根据自己的喜好进行调整。如果是做给小宝宝当辅食的话,也可以不放任何的调味料。 Adjust the flavor to your liking. If it is done for the baby as a complementary food, you can also not put any seasonings. ‼️150克的三文鱼炒完以后一共得到了约55克的三文鱼松。 I get about 55 grams of salmon floss. 4. 水浸的金枪鱼罐头,先把水份沥干,弄碎。 Drain this canned tuna, crush. 5. 把金枪鱼碎倒入不粘锅中,加入1/2大勺糖,1/2大勺生抽,1克盐和适量的白胡椒粉,用中小火不断的翻炒,一直把鱼肉炒干,并且起茸了,就可以出锅了。 Place the tuna to the non-stick pan, add 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 gram salt and some white pepper powder.
