After finishing the Heats in 7th and 2nd we were starting the prefinal in 4th. I had a great start and immediately moved into 3rd and was closing the gap on 2nd place. Unfortunately, I made a big mistake carrying way too much speed into turn 8 and running wide into the marbles. By the end of lap 1 I was down in 8th. I never gave up and battled back finishing in 5th. Keep an eye out for one of the best moves I have ever made with a nifty overtake for 5th place.
