Hiking the South Downs: Seaford to Eastbourne Before lockdown, me and Amy took a train down to East Sussex to hike a section of the South Downs Way from Seaford to Eastbourne. We took off our boots and waded across Cuckmere River, had amazing views of the iconic Seven Sisters cliffs and Beachy Head lighthouse, and stood at the top of the tallest chalk cliff face in the UK, before arriving in the town of Eastbourne.
