Items provided FREE by DJECO for demonstration Where do I begin! When I first got this, it was mentioned to me to watch the videos. I thought about it for a brief second and then realized that goes against my founding principles of the style of demonstrations that I do. Go in with as little knowledge as possible :) Why? Well, because that is how most people approach something like this. They get it, open it and want to play with it. I worked through all of my frustrations one step at a time and noticed there were a few inconsistencies with the booklet which left me thinking that it was up to me to ultimately solve the problem. This is a good thing and helps with problem solving in general. A few key points up front. 1. I left one block out of the system that I was using for my measurements. It was not something really needed, so I kept it to the side. 2. After the video I was able to duplicate and get the gong strike on a fly ball! I was so excited at the end to show my family that I had to repeat the performance. By then I was an "expert" and was able to duplicate it consistently. That says a lot for marking all of the positions and keeping everything as precise as possible. I have to live with my minor modifications because it worked for my situation. I wonder on a different surface if it would have been better. Regardless, I did it and happy that it worked out. This video is intended for parents to help them make an informed decision about purchasing the item shown in the video.
