Seattle mother accused of beating her son to death for not doing his chores

A Seattle mother is in jail on suspicion of murder after telling police she cut and beat her teenage son until he died because she was angry that he didn't do his chores. The 29-year-old woman called 911 from the family's home near 4000 14th Ave South and reported her 14-year-old son went unresponsive while she was disciplining him.
