Ingredients : 1 cup ground meat with little fat Salt and black pepper to taste 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup fried or lightly roasted potatoes, optional, and chopped tomatoes can be added instead Red pepper and turmeric as desired, or you can add any other spices you like 1/4 cup chopped mint 3~4 eggs, scrambled Steps: -Cook the meat in a medium skillet over medium heat. -Add the onion and green pepper and cook until the vegetables are wilted and slightly toasted. -Add spices such as red and black pepper, turmeric and any spices you prefer, and stir for a few seconds. -Put the scrambled eggs and try to get the eggs evenly on all sides. -Cover the skillet and cook over a low heat. -Check the bottom of the eggs.
