In this video you can watch me work trees down to the ground, winch them to the mill on the beautiful frozen snow and get to work milling boards. These boards need to be made for flooring, interior walls and exterior siding. All this needs to be done soon to give these boards enough time to dry before I instal them. I also need a level flat surface to store and stack all the wet, 'green' boards so they can dry straight. I need to build up a flat sturdy surface, but have difficulties coming up with a place to construct such surface amongst the ice riddled snow and wildly uneven ground in these parts.
