In today’s cosy vlog I’m sharing a spring try on haul, making the most delicious homemade soup recipe, creating a little kitchen herb garden, pruning and prepping the garden for the new season and finishing with a lovely trip to the farm shop 👩🏼‍🌾🌿 I hope you enjoy! 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 Terricotta pots https://www.stylink.it/yBxVHOMbP7 Sweet Potato & Carrot Soup Ingredients: • 2 large sweet potatoes (roughly chopped) • 3 large carrots (roughly chopped) • 1 white onion (quartered) • Garlic cloves (as many as you like) • A handful of cherry tomatoes • Vegetable stock • Water • Salt & pepper • Double cream Method: 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). 2. Add the sweet potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes to a large baking dish. 3. Roast for around 1 hour, until soft and slightly charred. 4. Transfer everything into a large pan. 5. Add vegetable stock, a splash of water, and season well with salt and pepper. 6. Bring to a gentle simmer for 5–10 minutes. 7. Blend until smooth. 8. Stir through a generous splash of double cream.
