Today I’m making a beautiful and refreshing Fruit Agar Dessert using simple ingredients and no special equipment. This is a no-bake, easy recipe that anyone can make at home. I used two methods: layered and quick pour — both are simple and delicious. Perfect for summer, parties, and easy dessert lovers 💚 📝 Ingredients: Ingredients: • Water - 6 cup • Agar Powder - 1 packet • Sugar - 1cup • Strawberries • Oranges • Green Grapes • Cherries (You can use any fruits you like.) 👩🍳 Equipment: (No special tools needed). I am using ✔ Loaf mould ✔ Bowl Steps: 1️⃣ Add agar powder to cold water and mix first to prevent clumps. 2️⃣ Add sugar, then bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. 3️⃣ Check for readiness: Make sure it’s fully dissolved—dip a spoon in; if it’s clear, you’re good! 4️⃣ Choose your method: 👉 Layered method: pour 1–2 inches of agar into a mould, add fruit layers, then chill to set. 👉 Quick method: mix fruits and agar together at once. Both methods are tasty, easy, and beautiful! 5️⃣ Set the jelly: Let it firm up at room temperature or refrigerate for faster results. 6️⃣Enjoy!
