In 2017, Chris decided he was going to walk the entire UK coastline to raise money for a charity very close to his heart, SSAFA (The Armed Forces Charity). He set out with £10 to his name, in an effort to raise £100,000 which at the time seemed impossible. 6 years and £500,000 later, he crossed the finish line having gained a new best friend & travel companion, a Fiancé and a son! In addition, Chris walked the majority of the UK coastline in a Welsh Lewis tartan Cilt 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Since returning, Chris has been very busy having written a gripping book and appearing in countless interviews and talks. He was kind enough to give us some of his time recently to talk about the travel experience that changed his life, and more specifically, his experience walking the UK coastline in a Welsh Cilt! 💪 Thank you Chris, it was a pleasure to finally meet you in person!
