Jessica specializes in modern portraits of children, babies, newborns and families using natural light. Her style is candid, organic and causal and since she shoots on-location, Jessica has all of Chicago as her backdrop. A few nights before a photography show opening, Jessica was searching the web and looking at other photographers’ sites. Coming across a site she loved, Jessica saw that is was created on Wix and decided to create her own website. She has been with Wix since 2011. I specialize in children, newborns, and family photography. When I first started a lot of my clients were friends, or friends of friends, but now with the Wix website it's sort of a 24/7 storefront, so they can send me an email directly and I've had quite a few of those as the business has been picking up. The way I found out about Wix, no one really told me, but I was looking at a couple of different websites with different photographers, and one of the websites I really liked was a Wix website. It was free, I needed to do something very quickly, and it was very easy for me to do that in like two nights. It's pretty self explanatory you know, you just click on an icon, edit your words, or load in more photos for a gallery, you can set up pages, and it's very flexible, and I can make it serve what I need. Having the Wix website lets me offer people I don't know a view into what I do, so it makes it very easy for me to evolve, and show the different things that I am doing. Being a mom you really realize how important photographs are, and making those little moments in time lasting.
