As an introduction, some exercises and games focusing on trust are shown. Next, exercises for coordination are covered, then body tense and balance exercises will be introduced. Strength and stamina enhancing exercises will also be addressed. Finally, we'll introduce exercises to one of the most fundamental basics for fighting: falling properly. The second part deals with group fights. Here we'll be mixing up different partners to fight with and against each other. This teaches the basic requirements for fighting. Assertiveness, care for each other, controlled usage of one's own strength and tactical decision making are all being trained. The final part of the film is about fighting both standing up and on the floor. On the floor, many different kinds of fighting exercises revolve around the partner and around objects. Having even just one partner on the floor greatly reduces the risk of injuries, especially when dealing with beginners. Fighting while standing is the final section of this film. Once again, there are many kinds of fights to be encountered and many different objects may be used for added training effects.
