Equatoria Peoples' Alliance (EPA), has followed closely and with grave concern the typical unruly behaviour and vicious conduct of SSPDF forces in Ngauro, the gold-rich village of Didinga in Budi county of Eastern Equatoria, in the last 24 hours. On 27th December 2025, the wholly Jieng SSPDF militia contingent stationed in Ngauro as a protection force for Prudential Holdings company of Gen Salva Mathok and operated by his son Abraham Mathok, were reported to have caused a security incident in Ngauro, intimidating and arresting a local native in Lopuwa, the site of artisanal gold mining in the outskirts of Ngauro town. As usual the army contingent doubles as law enforcement agents who take the law into their hands to terrorise, intimidate, beat local natives and arrest anyone at gunpoint without legitimate grounds. A local native was reportedly arrested by the army which caused concern of the locals about the unruly behaviour and conduct of Dinka SSPDF soldiers in Ngauro towards innocent civilians, a pattern that is repeated everywhere in Equatoria. The mere act of protest and complaint by the Didinga natives against such viciously unruly behaviour by the Jieng soldiers is often met with violence to shoot the locals on the spot at the speed of SSPDF Jieng soldier's thought, without any restraint nor valuing of the life of a local native! This violent behaviour is consistent and predatory orchestrated to terrorise and beat locals into submission, destroy lives and get away with murder. This unruly SSPDF protection force Prudential Holdings gold company of Salva Mathok and his son Abraham Mathok quickly escalated into violence that prompted the native youth to respond in kind and shoot out at Lopuwa site. Ngauro woke up to the quickly escalating crisis and violence disrupting peace in the neighbourhood. As tension remains extremely high in Ngauro, EPA calls upon Equatoria Peoples Army, Protection and Defence forces for a swift intervention, to come to the aid of the brave local natives at Ngauro and flash out Prudential Holdings and its client Jieng force from Ngauro and land of Equatoria. The Jieng SSPDF are used to the currency of violence and do not value the lives of non-Jieng natives, and they haven't learnt the lessons of the 1999 Ĉuhudum crisis yet in Didingaland, aided by the puppet Governor of Eastern Equatoria State, Louis Lobong Lojore. The legitimate mere protest to ask questions by the locals and establish the grounds of why an innocent youth was apprehended is met with arrest, violence and utterly unruly conduct from supposedly soldiers in the army charged with protection of civilians, but no where different from President Salva Kiir Mayardit's family conduct in looting public resources and running the affairs of the country as a family business without accountability. EPA knows for a fact that the chiefs, and community had a few months ago widely consulted and reached consensus to not allow Prudential Holdings back to Ngauro in connection with gold mining operations and prospecting. Prudential Holdings returned to business in Ngauro against the will of local Ngauro community as represented by chiefs, community members and elders who earlier prevailed in their decision to stop and prevent further Prudential Holding prospecting in Ngauro, beggars belief. The community has not suddenly changed its mind, Abraham Mathok family connections with Vasili, Adut, Mary Ayen and Kiir's family machinations forced the return of Prudential Holdings company to Ngauro using the Governor of Eastern Equatoria. EPA calls on all the able bodied sons and daughters of Equatoria land to rise up to unite and free Equatoria from tribal hegemony and rule of President Kiir's family. EPA
