Super Simple Chocolate Cake without Cream | Eggless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache Like to make professional videos quickly like us. Click on the link below and get started: https://invideo.io?ref=anybodycanbake For Cake Batter: ============== Flour: 125 gm Baking Soda: ½ tsp Baking Powder: 1 tsp Milk: 50 ml Hot Water: 100 ml Oil: 60 ml Sugar: 80 gm Curd: 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder: 4 tbsp Vanilla Bonbon: ½ tsp For Chocolate Ganache: ==================== Fresh Cream: 75 gm Chocolate (55%): 150 gm Butter: 10 gm Method Step 1: In a mixing bowl take oil, sugar and hot boiling water. Start whisking everything until sugar dissolves. Step 2: Once sugar dissolves, add 2 tablespoon curd to it and mix. Step 3: Take a sifter and add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder to it. Step 4: Sieve all the dry ingredients directly into the bowl of wet Ingredients. Step 5: Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients using a whisker or spatula. Step 6: To adjust the consistency of the batter, add 50 ml milk to it. Step 7: To enhance the flavour, add ½ tsp vanilla flavour. Mix it and the batter is ready. Step 8: Pour the prepared batter into an 8 inches greased baking tin. Step 9: Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Step 10: After 30 minutes of baking, take the cake out from the oven and let it rest in the tin for 5 min. Step 11: Unmould the cake on the wired rack and let it rest until it comes to room temperature. Step 12: Meanwhile prepare the frosting. Step 13: To prepare the frosting, in a sauce pan, take 75 gm fresh cream. Let it cook on medium flame. Step 14: The moment it starts boiling, switch off the flame and add chopped chocolate to it. Step 15: In between add butter and continue to mix until chocolate melts completely. Step 16: Pour it on the cake and using a butter knife or palate knife, spread it evenly.
