Barbecue Knife Roll

A bunch of you have asked about my knife roll, so I thought I’d spend a few minutes going through the knives that are included. It’s called the Barbecue Knife Set and is made by Hammer Stahl. It includes 5 knives, a 4.5” utility knife, a 6” boning knife, an 8” chef knife, a 10” slicer, and a 10” scimitar. I also got the 14” slicer, but that isn’t included in the knife roll. I’ve been using them regularly over the past few months and have been happy with them. They keep a sharp edge and just need a few swipes of the honing rod to keep going. They are made from German forged X50CrMoV15 stainless steel and assembled in China. The set usually goes for $370, but is on sale for $270 right now. The 14” slicer usually goes for $109, but is $90 right now.
