My idea was not so much to build a house as to immerse myself in a process that would give me a deeper understanding of myself and the nature around me. I found a place that attracted me with its beauty and tranquility - a clearing in the forest near a lake. There I decided to settle down and start my project. Taking my time, I prepared everything I needed: I laid the foundation, prepared logs and set up a tent so that I would have a place to shelter. Working with the trees, I felt their connection to the site and tried to minimize interference with the natural balance. Every step - from woodworking to assembling the structure - was done by hand, forgoing the conveniences of modern technology. My house gradually took shape. In the summer, I began to build the walls using traditional assembly methods. The roof protected from rain, and at the entrance I planned to make a cozy corner for rest. This house became more than just a structure for me.
