Hey! Tonight I will be giving Jen a fully relaxing hair treatment that includes scalp massaging, hair playing, brushing, shampooing, conditioning, masquing, wooden brushing/combing, and a neck and shoulder massage. We are using products from Function of Beauty; they were supplied by the brand for the video. I have used FOB products before this though, and I really love what they do for my hair and body! Let me know if you have tried them before or if you decide to give them a try. NOTES: 1. No talking or music after the intro 2. This video repeats. The first half includes a hairdryer, but the volume is lowered, so it is not harsh on the ears. The sound is more like a relaxing white noise. Use the timestamps below to skip to the second half if you wish to view the video without the hairdryer portion. A few hair tips for you! You will see that I haven't used much product from the bottles. I have been using these bottles for over a month! I have a lot left because you don't need a lot of product to get clean hair. Even if you have long hair, you might be surprised that you probably use more product than you need to. 1. Start with a small amount of shampoo and work it with your fingertips into the base of your scalp; that is where you need to focus most of your cleaning. 2. Don't overdo it on the product, and your bottles will last you a long time. 3. You probably don't need to be washing your hair every time you shower. Washing too often will strip your scalp of its natural oils. 4. Don't use HOT water in the shower. Use water that is lukewarm temperature; your skin and scalp will thank you.
