The sex-oozing HIM-icon Ville Valo has proven himself as one of the greatest Finnish rock singers. Possessing a very flexible bass-baritone spanning over 4 octaves, he is able to sing everything from demonic bass to tender falsetto and manic screams. His lower range remains possibly the best in his genre - seldom imitated successfully - yet his voice is also very passionate and soulful.
