Banking Committee Chairman Crapo (R-ID) issued a statement effectively applying the Act's protections to only the legal hemp industry, undermining the critical protections for the cannabis industry that the House passed SAFE Banking citing. Sign the letter to Senator Crapo urging him to reconsider his position and remember that the legitimate cannabis industry needs the SAFE Banking Act.
