They are an evolutionary marvel, in that they defy logic: they are a mix of dodo bird and very very dumb dog. While not a hybrid, they exhibit birdlike qualities and doglike bone structure. They have a row of canine teeth hidden behind unique twin- tip beaks and can squawk, bark, or a mix of the two. They are fantastically dumb. They do however have 3 distinct genders: male, female, and variant. Variants are a rare genetic occurance where they either exhibit no genitals, multiple, or variants that are atypical from cisgendered markers. Aflits are typically mainly white or black, with a hunting stripe In a dominant color that matches their "socks". Some Aflits come in rare variations of color.
