BLE recipes, where to find them? If you're scouring the web looking for them, you probably have experienced a bit of frustration because honestly they don't really exist. But there is a very good reason why. Learning on your own what to eat and how much and keeping it super simple are tools you need for success. That said, a lot of us fall into a rut of eating the same things over and over and need inspiration without going to all the work of figuring something out and wasting all the time we've gained not obsessing about food anymore. So, I am posting these videos of what I ate this week for breakfast lunch and dinner to help you get some good meal inspiration without having to think about it! I hope this helps you with success on your Bright Line Eating journey. In this video I show my Sheet Pan Breakfast, Chef Salad and Cabbage Burritos. Sheet Pan Breakfast: 6 oz hashbrowns (cooks down to 4) 2 eggs seasonings as desired 6 oz fruit 2 oz salsa (optional) Chef Salad: one mango for fruit serving Salad mix with Romaine and carrots, yellow peppers, tomatoes and sliced shallots to equal veggie serving. 2 oz Metro Deli (no sugar) Turkey slices 1 oz hard boiled egg 1/2 oz cheddar cheese Weigh dressing of choice for 1 fat serving Cabbage Burrito: 1 onion, diced 1/2 red bell pepper diced 2 cups corn Saute Season (I used this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071W41LYB ) Brown 1 lb ground beef Drain, season with chili powder and more https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071W41LYB Warm one can refried beans Blanch one large cabbage leaf Assemble on leaf: 2 oz ground beef 1.5 oz refried beans .5 oz pepperjack cheese Add Cabbage leaf, corn mixture and fresh peppers and tomatoes to equal veggie serving 2 oz guacamole for fat serving Roll and enjoy!
