Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is hands down one of the best military perks of being stationed in Germany. If you’re looking for a winter vacation at Edelweiss Resort, this quick review shows you exactly what it's like during the snowy season! In this video, we’re taking a scenic drive through the Bavarian Alps to arrive at the resort. We’ll do a quick walk-through of the hotel exterior under a beautiful moon (check out that horse carriage!) and then head straight to the best part: the Edelweiss outdoor hot tub. yes! finally, the hot tub open now since we visit last time they were on renovation. Honestly, soaking in that hot water while surrounded by snow is the most unique part of the whole stay, this is just want we want.
