Now cook it well. For kadhi grind yogurt, gram flour, turmeric ,red chilli powder & four glass water and leave it on flame for cooking while continuously stirring until kadhi turns thick .now add roasted meat & salt in it and cook for 15 more minutes .For oil tempering add fenugreek seeds in heated oil then add sliced onion, crushed garlic & whole red chilli to fry until golden. lastly add white cumin & mustard in it and pour this oil tempering mixture over the kadhi. Now garnish with coriander green chillies as required. Anda Magaz Masala: Ingredients: Eggs 8 Milk 1-1/2 cup Turmeric ¼ tsp Salt 1 tsp Red chili powder ½ tsp Oil for fry Ingredients for Masala: Chopped onion 1 Cream 2 tbsp Boiled and chopped tomato 1 cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Salt to taste Turmeric ¼ tsp Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp All spice powder ½ tsp Oil ½ cup Green coriander ½ bunch Green chilies 2-3 Chopped ginger 1 tbsp Butter 4 tbsp Dried fenugreek 1 tsp Chaat masala 1-1/2 tsp Carom seeds 2 pinches Method:
