XPeng G6 New 2025 in-depth Walkaround The 2025 XPeng G6 is a fully electric mid-size SUV that blends sleek design with advanced technology and performance. Available in Standard Range (RWD), Long Range (RWD), and Performance (AWD) variants, it is built on an 800V electrical architecture that supports ultra-fast DC charging of up to 280 kW—enabling a 10% to 80% charge in just 20 minutes. The SUV offers a WLTP range of up to 570 km depending on the battery configuration, with the Standard Range using a 66 kWh LFP battery and the Long Range and AWD models featuring a larger 87.5 kWh NMC battery. In terms of performance, the G6 delivers impressive power across all variants. The RWD models produce 210 kW (280 hp) and 440 Nm of torque, with the Long Range version slightly quicker at 0–100 km/h in 6.2 seconds compared to 6.6 seconds for the Standard. The Performance AWD model ups the ante with 350 kW (470 hp) and 660 Nm of torque, achieving 0–100 km/h in just 4.0 seconds. The G6’s chassis measures 4753 mm in length, 1920 mm in width, and 1650 mm in height, supported by a 2890 mm wheelbase for a spacious cabin and stable handling. Inside, the G6 offers a high-tech and comfortable environment with a 15.6-inch central touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel, and features like cloud-sense seats and a 9-inch streaming rearview mirror. Practical elements include 571 liters of cargo space (expandable to 1374 liters), a heat pump for efficient thermal management, and bidirectional charging for powering external devices.
