Wonderful Wood Zone is a Stage Mod for Sonic Mania Plus created by Xtuart. This is considered a final version of the Wood Zone from Sonic 2 Beta, just as Sand Shower became Desert Dazzle and then Mirage Saloon, the creator gave his touch to try to provide a complete and finished Zone experience. Discover over many routes, some Special Stages, and to feel like you are walking in circles in this forest, or at least you have a feeling of Déjà vu. This stage mod here replaces Stardust Speedway Zone (specifically Act 1), showing lots of asthetics from the zone such as the badniks, fireflies in the foreground, spikeballs, and especially the boss battle. Really liking the background (my favorite is from the top of the stage) & soundtrack that was made.
